These terms apply when you order materials from Nevati Ventures Ltd (“Nevati”, “we”) through this website.
1. Orders and prices
Prices shown on the website and at checkout are estimates. Placing an order is a request: it becomes a confirmed order when our team confirms the final prices and delivery fee with you. Until then, either of us can change or cancel it at no cost.
2. Payment
After we confirm your order, you pay by Mobile Money to the merchant code shown on your tracking page, using your order code as the reference. We start preparing or dispatching once payment is received, unless we agree otherwise with you.
3. Delivery and pickup
Delivery times are estimates and depend on location, weather and road conditions. Please make sure the site is accessible for a delivery truck and that someone is available to receive and check the goods. For pickups, bring your order code to our yard during opening hours.
4. Checking your goods
Please check quantities and condition when the goods arrive. Tell the driver or call us on 0705 673 722 straight away if anything is missing or damaged. The driver records a delivery photo as proof of delivery.
5. Cancellations and changes
You can cancel or change an order free of charge before it is dispatched or collected. Once materials have been loaded or delivered, returns are at our discretion and may carry a transport charge.
6. Our responsibility
We source materials from certified suppliers and stand behind their quality. Our responsibility for any order is limited to replacing the affected materials or refunding what you paid for them. Quantity estimates from our calculator are guides only; please confirm requirements with your engineer.
